The Scripture
(39) And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

Elisha miraculously multiplied a widow's small jar of oil to pay off her debts, and later he raised the Shunammite woman's son from the dead after promising her a child. Elisha also purified a pot of deadly pottage and multiplied twenty loaves of bread to feed a hundred men with some left over.
