II Corinthians 3:18
The Scripture
(18) But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
Paul described the Corinthians themselves as his letter of recommendation, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, contrasting the glory of the old covenant of the letter that kills with the greater glory of the new covenant of the Spirit that gives life. He explained that believers, with unveiled faces beholding the Lord's glory, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory.
