The Scripture
(40) And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
In this chapter the Israelites begin building the temple for God under the leadership of Solomon, David’s son. The people give their offerings and the priests are appointed to serve in the new house. The narrative ends with a description of the completed temple and the joy of the assembly.
